Frequently Asked Questions

No. You do not need to sign in or link your PSN account. Simply enter any public PSN ID and PSN PlatHub will fetch available trophy data permitted by Sony's privacy settings.

Only titles where you've earned the platinum trophy are displayed. Make sure your trophies are fully synced to PSN from your console — unsynced games won't appear. Also confirm your PSN privacy settings allow trophy visibility so PSN PlatHub can access your public data. If you see an error mentioning a private profile, check your PlayStation privacy settings and make sure trophies are set to public.

Sync your trophies from your console to make sure your latest achievements are visible on PSN. You can follow the official guide here: How to sync your trophies on PlayStation.

Click the Go to Main Page button in the top right corner to return to the home screen, then enter your PSN ID again to re-fetch your latest platinum information directly from PSN.

PSN PlatHub supports PS5, PS4, PS Vita, and PS3 titles that appear on PSN and include a platinum trophy. You can also filter by platform in the sidebar to show only games from a specific console. When multiple platforms share the same trophy list, the latest released platform is shown.

It's the percentage of PSN players who have earned that game's platinum trophy, fetched directly from PSN. You can display this on each tile in your mosaic and on the Platinum Card, and use it to filter your collection by rarity threshold.

None. PSN PlatHub does not store, log, or track any personal data. All trophy information is fetched directly from PSN and processed temporarily in your browser. Your customization settings (colors, layout, sort order, etc.) are saved only in your browser's local storage and never sent to any server.

If you see a 429 (too many requests), wait a short while and try again. Temporary PSN hiccups can also cause errors; a quick retry usually fixes it. For large collections the fetching may take a few seconds — this is normal.

Absolutely. PSN PlatHub is community-driven. Send suggestions or report bugs to contact@psnplathub.com.

Once your mosaic is generated, click the Download button in the top right corner. A high-quality PNG of your mosaic will be saved to your device. You can also switch to Card View and download a standalone Platinum Card for any individual game.

The left sidebar offers extensive customization, all applied instantly:
  • Profile Header — show/hide your avatar, username, trophy counts, and platinum count; pick colors or gradients; choose a header layout; adjust username and trophy number font sizes.
  • Icon Appearance — icon size, border color/width/radius, transparent background, and whether to use the game cover or the platinum trophy icon.
  • Tile Labels — toggle game title, platinum name, platform, rarity, and earned date; control bold, color, and size for each independently.
  • Mosaic Layout — column count or Auto Column Count, horizontal and vertical gaps between tiles.
  • Background — solid color or 2-color gradient with directional control.
  • Sorting & Filtering — sort by date, name, rarity, or custom drag-and-drop order; filter by year, month, platform, or rarity threshold; hide individual tiles; remove duplicate games.
  • Edit Tiles — override border color, label color, and border radius on individual tiles.

Yes. All your customization settings — colors, layout, sort order, tile overrides, filters, and more — are automatically saved in your browser's local storage. They are restored the next time you visit, so you can pick up right where you left off.

Open the Sorting section in the sidebar. Choose from date earned, game name, rarity, or Custom Order. With Custom Order selected, you can drag any tile to a new position — your arrangement is saved and restored on reload.

Yes. While Custom Sorting is active, hover over any tile and click the red × button to hide it from the mosaic. The hidden count is shown in the Filter Platinums sidebar section, with an Unhide All button to restore all hidden tiles at once.

The Filter Platinums section in the sidebar lets you narrow down your mosaic by:
  • Year & Month — show only platinums earned in a specific time period.
  • Platform — show only PS3, PS4, PS5, or PS Vita games.
  • Rarity — filter by a custom percentage threshold using a ≤ or ≥ operator.
  • Remove Duplicates — hide repeated games (e.g. cross-platform releases) so each title appears only once.
The profile header platinum count updates automatically to reflect your active filters.

Yes — open the Edit Tiles section in the sidebar. Check one or more tiles from the scrollable list and adjust their border color, label color, and border radius independently from the global settings. Changes apply to all checked tiles at once. Tiles with active overrides are marked with a dot (●) in the list. Use Clear Selected or Clear All Overrides to reset them.

Open the Profile Header section in the sidebar. You can show or hide your avatar, username, level, platinum count, and individual trophy counts (gold, silver, bronze, total). Choose from several layout modes, pick a background color, apply a gradient, and control font sizes for the username and trophy numbers independently.

Yes. Both the mosaic background and the profile header support 2-color gradients. Enable the gradient toggle in the Background or Profile Header settings, pick your two colors, and select the gradient direction.

Enable the Remove Duplicates toggle in the Filter Platinums sidebar section. This hides repeated entries for games released on multiple platforms so each title appears only once in your mosaic.

The Platinum Card is a shareable card for any individual platinum trophy. It shows your PSN avatar, username, the platinum icon (or game cover), earned date, and PSN rarity. You can access it two ways:
  • Latest Plat Card — click the button on the home page to instantly generate a card for your most recently earned platinum, without loading your full collection. It opens on its own page with a Download button.
  • Card View in Mosaic — switch to Card View while browsing your mosaic to generate and download a Platinum Card for any game in your collection.
The card has its own full set of customization options in the sidebar (header, icon, title, platform, stats, background, size) that are saved independently from your mosaic settings.
