v5.0.116 Sep, 2026
- More Series Badges: Baldur's Gate, Batman, Battlefield, Borderlands, Cat Quest and Crash Bandicoot now have their own series badges to earn.
v5.0.015 Sep, 2026
- Fixed God of War in the GOTY Challenge: Platting the older God of War on PS3 counted as the 2018 Game of the Year winner. Only the PS4 one counts now.
- The Feedback Widget Has Been Retired: Sleekplan is gone. Feature requests and bug reports now come straight to contact@psnplathub.com, Instagram or Reddit — all three are listed in the FAQ.
- PlatHub Profile: Every checked PSN ID now has a page of its own.
- PlatHub Is on Patreon: The support button in the corner opens on Patreon now. Backing the site monthly covers the project's costs and gives perks.
- Pure Points Leaderboard: A new ranking based only on the rarity-weighted points from your platinums. Points from badges excluded, so your trophy collection alone decides your place.
- Profile Badges: Profiles now have a badge shelf, newest badge first, each one showing the day it was earned. Hover a badge to read how it is earned.
- Series Badges: Series badges are now implemented, with more on the way! Badges will be awarded for earning 3, 5, 8, 13, 21 and so on platinums in the same series.
- Alphabet Challenge Badge: Earning a platinum for a game starting with every letter from A to Z earns a badge, counting up each time you go round again.
- PlatHub Points Badges: Reaching Milestone PlatHub Points earns a badge, dated to the platinum that got you there rather than the day PlatHub noticed. Rarity moves, so a total can drift back down — the badge stays.
- Verified Leaderboard Filter: Leaderboards now show verified PSN IDs by default. Turn off the Verified PSN IDs only filter to see every listed profile, or leave it on to compare profiles claimed by their owners.
- Seasonal Leaderboards: A fresh PlatHub Points race every three months, counting only platinums earned during the season and weighted by rarity. Season 1 runs from 1 October through 31 December 2026 (UTC). Put yesplathub in your PSN About me to verify your profile, then search your PSN ID on the seasonal board to join.
v4.4.011 Sep, 2026
- Fixed Cropped Mosaic Downloads: Downloading a mosaic cut the columns off down the right-hand side and left an empty band down the left, and the wider your browser window the more of the board went missing. The whole board comes through now. Thank you u/McJamess
- Fixed Recap Download Button Stuck Loading: The download button on the Yearly Recap could spin forever and never unlock. It now recognises when the recap has finished loading.
- A Steadier Loading Screen: It is steadier 🤷♂️
- Download Help While a Mosaic Loads: While the Mosaic download button is waiting for icons to appear, hovering it explains that scrolling left and right in the browser can make the icons paint and unlock the download.
- Cleaner Top Bars: The PlatHub logo is now the one way home, so the duplicate Go to Main Page buttons have been removed. Mosaic, Platinum Card and Tier List controls now sit below the top bar instead, where settings stay on the left and downloads sit on the right.
- Download Button on Mobile: The Download Button label no longer collapses to an icon on a phone.
- Compare Mode Has Been Retired: The Statistics page no longer offers putting two hunters side by side. It saw very little use, and leaving it out keeps the page simpler.
- The Logo Now Sits at the Top of Every Page: A bar pinned to the top of every page carries the PlatHub logo, so the way back to the main page is always in reach no matter how far you have scrolled.
- The Settings Panel Has Its Own Open and Close Button: On the mosaic and the Platinum Card, the button that opens and closes the settings panel now sits on the panel itself rather than beside the logo.
- The Latest Platinum Card => Platinum Card: It used to build a card only for your newest platinum. It now opens on that one and puts every other platinum you own in a search box above the card, so an older favourite is a couple of keystrokes away.
- Card View Has Left the Mosaic: The Mosaic and Platinum Card switch above the board is gone.
- Failed Lookups Now Show What You Typed: When a PSN ID cannot be loaded, the ID that was searched for is shown above the message.
- PlatHub Points and Platinum Count Are Buttons: On the Statistics page, pressing either card opens the PlatHub Points page, where every platinum is filed under what it's worth.
- See Where You Place Jumps to the Row: The leaderboard link on the PlatHub Points page now searches for that hunter automatically, instead of landing on the top of the board.
- PlatHub Points Logo Is a Button: On the mosaic header, pressing the PlatHub Points logo opens that PSN ID's PlatHub Points page.
- Platform Breakdown Is Now a Bar Chart: The donut on the Statistics page is now a bar chart, ordered oldest console to newest — PS3, PS Vita, PS4, PS5 — so two platforms close in count are easier to tell apart.
- Platform Added to the Record Cards: First Platinum, Most Common Platinum and Most Recent Platinum on the Statistics page now show which console the game was on, matching the Rarest Platinum card.
- Fixed PS Vita Sorting in the Mosaic: Sorting tiles by platform put every PS Vita platinum at the end instead of between the PS3 and PS4 groups. It now sits where it belongs.
- Leaderboard Heading Spacing: The title sat too close to the top bar. Fixed.
v4.3.110 Sep, 2026
- Series Tracker Fixed for Kingdom Hearts and a Few Others: Several series trackers, Kingdom Hearts most of all, weren't matching all of your platinums correctly. They do now. Thanks TheDarion for noticing!
v4.3.010 Sep, 2026
- A Much Faster Site: Some code magick behind the scenes means the site should feel far quicker now. Looking a PSN ID up a second time, or moving between tools without changing it, comes back almost straight away instead of making you wait through the whole load again. Big collections benefit the most.
- One Thing to Know: A platinum you earned in the last hour may not show up right away — that is the speed-up doing its job. It sorts itself out on its own.
- Open Any Hunter on the Leaderboard: Every row on the board is now a link. Press a PSN ID or an avatar and you land on that hunter's PlatHub Points page — every platinum they own, filed by how rare it is and what it is worth. Worth a look at whoever is above you.
- Every Tool One Click Away: Each tool now ends with a list of the others, so finding the tier list from the recap no longer means going back to the main page first.
v4.2.010 Sep, 2026
- Use Your Own Picture as Your Avatar: The mosaic header and the Latest Platinum Card have always shown whatever avatar sits on your PSN profile, with no way to change it. Both now have a Custom avatar row in their header settings — upload any PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF and it takes the place of your PSN one. Thanks u/NaughtALegend
- Colour Your Plat Tiles by a Rule: Edit Specific Platinums can now style tiles from a condition instead of one at a time.
- A New Look: The site has a new logo — a platinum trophy set inside a cyan shield — and the whole site has been rebuilt around it. Dark mode is now a deep navy rather than plain grey, headings are set in a new typeface, buttons and links are the logo’s cyan, panels are edged in it, and every chart reads down the same range of blues the trophy itself is painted in. There is a matching light mode, and the icon in your browser tab, on your home screen and on shared links has been redrawn to match.
- A New Loading Animation: It is cool, I like it.
- Fixed the Border Width Slider on the Latest Platinum Card: Dragging the card’s border width did nothing unless you had also picked a custom border colour, so on a card left at its default the setting looked broken. The width now applies on its own, and a card with no colour chosen keeps the site’s own border colour at whatever width you set.
- Platinum Rarity on the Card Now Reads to One Decimal: The Latest Platinum Card was the only place on the site showing rarity to two decimals, so the same platinum could read 14.04% there and 14.0% everywhere else. It now matches the rest of the site.
- Fixed the Backlog Heading and Renamed the Page: The line under the title always said “closest first” no matter which order you had chosen, so sorting by name or by recently played left it describing the wrong thing. It now follows the sort. The page is also called Platinum Backlog rather than just Backlog, matching how it is named everywhere else.
v4.1.09 Sep, 2026
- New Leaderboard — PlatHub Points: The Platinum Leaderboard now has a second ranking beside the plain platinum count. The PlatHub Points weighs every platinum by how few PlayStation players have earned it, so a small shelf of brutal platinums can out-rank a very large shelf of easy (shovelware👀) ones.
- How You Get PlatHub Points: Enter your PSN ID on the leaderboard and press Check, or build a mosaic or a tier list — each of those reads every platinum you own, which is what the score needs. Check now puts you on both rankings at once, and takes a moment on a large collection. Being looked up anywhere else on the site still adds you to the Platinum Count ranking, just without a score, so the PlatHub Points ranking lists fewer hunters.
- PlatHub Points on Your Statistics: The Statistics page now shows your PlatHub Points next to your platinum total, and compare mode puts two hunters’ scores side by side.
- PlatHub Points Year by Year: The Statistics page now charts the PlatHub Points you earned in each year. A year of a dozen easy platinums and a year of one brutal one are the same column on the platinum chart above it; here they are not, so you can see which years actually moved your score. Compare mode draws both hunters’ running totals on a single chart, which shows exactly where one pulled ahead of the other.
- PlatHub Points on Your Mosaic: The mosaic header can now show your PlatHub Points alongside your trophy counts. Turn it on under the header settings in the sidebar, where it gets its own colour and size like every other figure up there. The 100% Completion Mosaic leaves it out — the tiles there are not all platinums, so a platinum score would say nothing about the board below it.
- Tied Platinums Are Shown in Statistics Page: The Rarest Platinum and Most Common Platinum cards used to pick a single game even when several were exactly as rare as each other. Rarity is reported to one decimal, so ties are common — if four of your platinums all sit at 0.1%, all four are now shown together instead of three of them going unmentioned.
- New Tool — PlatHub Points: The scoring that ranks the leaderboard now has a page of its own. Enter a PSN ID and every platinum on the profile is read, scored by how few PlayStation players own it, and listed under exactly what it is worth — so you can see which platinums are actually carrying your total instead of only the number at the top. The full scoring table sits on the page as well, and is now shown in the FAQ too rather than only on the leaderboard. Find it on the main page or at /plathub-points.
- Platinums by PlatHub Points on Your Statistics: The Statistics page carries the same listing, with every platinum you own grouped by its rarity — how many sit on each row, what one is worth there, and what the row contributes in total.
- PlatHub Points Leads the Leaderboard: Opening the leaderboard now shows the PlatHub Points ranking first, with the plain platinum count a tab away. Both rankings work exactly as before.
v4.0.39 Sep, 2026
- Leaderboard Page Numbers: The Platinum Leaderboard now shows numbered pages at the bottom next to Previous and Next, so you can jump straight to a page instead of stepping through them one at a time.
- Leaderboard Search Shows Your Standing: Searching a PSN ID now reports that hunter's rank and platinum count above the results, rather than only naming them.
- Download Button Waits for the Board: The Download button on every tool now shows a spinner while the board is still loading its data and artwork, and becomes available once everything has painted.
- Faster Latest Platinum Card: The card's game artwork now loads with priority instead of being deferred, so the card finishes painting sooner.
v4.0.28 Sep, 2026
- Fixed Blank Game Icons in Downloaded Images: Fixed an issue where downloading any board (Mosaics, Tier Lists, Recaps, etc.) resulted in solid black squares instead of cover art on Safari and all iOS browsers. All images now download correctly.
v4.0.18 Sep, 2026
- Fixed the Latest Platinum Card Showing an Old Game: The card picked whichever platted game had the most recent trophy activity, not the most recent platinum. The card now ranks by the date the platinum itself was earned, so returning to an old game no longer displaces the platinum you actually popped last. Thank you u/-desertion-
- Leaderboard Pages Start at the Top: Turning to the next or previous page of the Platinum Leaderboard now returns you to the top of the board instead of leaving you partway down where the last page was scrolled.
v4.0.08 Sep, 2026
- New Tool — Platinum Leaderboard: A single public board ranking every PlayStation profile that has been checked on PlatHub by platinum trophy count. Look up a PSN ID in any tool on the site and it joins the board automatically, so the rankings fill in as people use the site — no sign-up, and nothing to claim. Searching a PSN ID jumps the board to that hunter and shows the ten ranked above and the ten below, and Check reads a profile straight from PlayStation to add it or refresh it. Every entry is public PSN trophy data and can be removed on request; see the privacy policy. Find it on the main page or at /leaderboard.
- New Tool — Platinum Backlog: Every other tool shows the platinums you have earned. This one shows the ones you have not. It collects every game on your profile with a platinum trophy still outstanding and ranks them by how far through the trophy list you are, so the platinum you are closest to finishing sits at the top. Find it on the main page or at /backlog.
- New Tool — 100% Completion Mosaic: The mosaic, built from completion instead of platinums. It collects every game on your profile where you have earned every trophy in the list, including the ones that have no platinum to earn at all, and lays them out as a grid you can style and export the same way. Games where you took the platinum but left DLC trophies behind are not complete, so they do not appear. Rarity, the platinum trophy name and the platinum icon have no meaning without a platinum, so those settings are left out; everything else — layout, sorting, grouping, filters, colors, the profile header — works as it does on the platinum mosaic, and each mosaic keeps its own saved settings. Find it on the main page or at /completion-mosaic.
- Fixed Cover Art on Mixed-Platform Boards: PS5 cover art is a 512x512 square, but PS4, PS3 and PS Vita cover art is a 320x176 banner. The Mosaic and Tier List sized each icon to its artwork, so PS4 and earlier titles rendered noticeably shorter than PS5 ones — ragged rows in the grid, and gaps in the circular layout. Every icon now sits in a uniform square tile with its artwork centred inside, so older platforms line up cleanly next to PS5.
v3.9.07 Sep, 2026
- Downloads Are the Same Size Everywhere: Tier lists, recaps, platinum cards, and the Alphabet, GOTY and Series boards now export at their full desktop size no matter which device you download them from. Previously a phone produced a much smaller image — the recap in particular came out as one narrow column instead of the full board.
- Mobile Page Headers: The Download, Go to Main Page and theme buttons at the top of every page now wrap onto a second row instead of running off the edge of a phone screen, and shrink to icons where space is tight. On the Mosaic page the theme toggle was previously cut off entirely.
- Mosaic Scrolling on Touch: Swiping across the mosaic in Custom sort now scrolls the page as expected. To reorder, press and hold a platinum to pick it up.
- Hide Tiles on Touch: The x button that hides a platinum from the mosaic in Custom sort is now always visible and has a larger tap area. It previously only appeared on mouse hover, which made it unreachable on phones and tablets.
- Mobile Mosaic Defaults: Opening the Mosaic on a phone for the first time now starts with smaller icons and fewer columns, so the whole grid fits the screen instead of scrolling sideways. Saved settings are left alone, and every value is still adjustable in the sidebar.
- More Series Added: Added Worms, A Plague Tale, Adventure Time, Alan Wake, Baldur's Gate, Borderlands, Cat Quest, Crash Bandicoot, Crysis, Diablo, Doom, Final Fantasy, Guitar Hero, Hitman, inFamous, Jak and Daxter, Kingdom Hearts, LEGO, Mass Effect, and Minecraft to the Series Tracker.
- Random Mosaic Sorting: Added a Random option to the Mosaic sorting settings. It shuffles your platinums into a random arrangement, with a Shuffle Again button to reroll it. Your shuffle is saved, so the mosaic stays the same until you shuffle again. Thanks to joseluzafra for the suggestion!
- Tier List Reordering: Platinum icons on the Tier List can now be dropped exactly where you want them within a row instead of always packing to the left. row. Thanks to ryanupham13 for the suggestion!
- Life is Strange & Resident Evil Series: Added Life is Strange and Resident Evil to the Series Tracker. Thanks to leonardofelipe16 for the suggestion!
- Shareable Series Links: Selecting a series in the Series Tracker now updates the URL with a ?series= parameter, so links shared with others open directly to that series.
- Tool Info Pages: Mosaic, Tier List, Latest Plat Card, Statistics, Yearly Recap, Alphabet Challenge, GOTY Challenge, and Series Tracker now show a full explanation of the tool and a PSN ID search box when opened without a PSN ID.
- Game Series Pages: Every tracked series now has its own page listing every entry, platform, and platinum availability, with a shortcut straight into the tracker.
- GOTY Winner History: The GOTY Challenge page now displays the full list of Game of the Year winners from 2009 - 2025 with their platinum availability, even before entering a PSN ID.
- Assassin's Creed Updated: Added Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced (PS5) to the Series Tracker.
- Smarter Error Messages: Failed loads now explain what actually went wrong — a temporary connection issue, a rate limit, or a private profile — instead of a generic message, and include a Try Again button that retries without re-entering your PSN ID.
- Automatic Retry: Temporary connection issues when fetching PSN data are now retried automatically on the server before an error is shown, fixing cases where a page failed to load but worked immediately on refresh.
- Privacy Policy Update: Rewrote the Privacy Policy to clearly disclose advertising cookies and third-party services.
v3.8.016 May, 2026
- Plat Count Filter: Added a new Plat Count Filter section in the Filter Platinums sidebar. Showcase a specific slice of your collection by platinum order.
- Quick First / Last Buttons: Type a number and click First or Last to instantly fill the range. For example, enter 50 and click Last to narrow the mosaic to your most recent 50 platinums.
- Smart Filter Title: When the active range matches your first or last N platinums, the on-mosaic filter title reads 'First X Platinums' or 'Last X Platinums' for a friendlier label. Custom ranges still display as 'Platinum #M–#N'.
v3.7.02 May, 2026
- Color Picker 'Auto' State: Color pickers in the Platinum Card settings now correctly show 'auto' when no color has been explicitly set, instead of displaying a misleading hex values.
- Glow On by Default: The Icon Glow effect on the Latest Platinum Card is now enabled by default.
- Card Spacing Controls: Added a new Spacing group in the Platinum Card's Card Style settings with four configurable gap sliders.
- Icon Glow Moved: Icon Glow controls (toggle, color, intensity, size) have moved from Card Style to the Card Icon section.
v3.6.026 Apr, 2026
- Reset Settings on Latest Plat Card: The settings sidebar on the Latest Platinum Card page now includes the same 'Reset Settings' button found on the Mosaic page. Clicking it clears all locally stored settings and reloads the page.
- Theme Preserved on Reset: Resetting settings no longer clears your dark/light mode preference — your chosen theme is restored automatically after the reset.
v3.5.025 Apr, 2026
- PSN ID Comparison: The Statistics page now supports comparing two players head-to-head. Click the new Compare Mode button in the top bar to reveal a second PSN ID input, enter any username, and hit Compare to load their data alongside yours.
- Overlay Mode: The default compare view overlays both players' data in each chart as two coloured series (indigo for Player A, pink for Player B), so differences are immediately visible. Stat cards show both values side-by-side with a Δ delta badge and a subtle winner highlight.
- Side-by-Side Mode: Switch to Side-by-Side using the Layers / Columns toggle in the header to render two complete stat columns separated by a divider — each column independently coloured and scrollable.
- View Mode Persistence: Your chosen view mode (Overlay or Side-by-Side) is saved to localStorage and restored on your next visit.
- Paired Highlight Cards: All-Time Records (First Platinum, Rarest, Most Common, Most Recent) show both players' games in a split card layout when comparing.
- Swap & Clear Actions: In the Compare Mode input bar, a Swap button flips the two PSN IDs and a Clear button exits comparison while keeping the primary user's stats on screen.
- Shareable Compare Links: The second PSN ID is stored in the URL as ?compareWith= so you can share a direct comparison link with anyone.
- Compare Mode Toggle: The Compare Mode button is outline when inactive and fills solid when active, giving a clear visual state. Turning it off clears the second user and returns to the single-user stats view.
v3.4.019 Apr, 2026
- Platinum Card Glow: Added an Icon Glow option to the Platinum Card background settings. Enable it to apply a soft colored glow behind the platinum icon. Customize the glow color, intensity, and spread size. The glow color can also be set automatically from the icon's dominant color.
- Color Picker Value Display: Every color picker in the settings sidebar now shows the current hex value next to the swatch, so you always know exactly what color is selected without having to click the picker.
- Number Input for Sliders: All sliders in the settings sidebar now have a number input field next to them. Type in an exact value directly instead of dragging, making precise adjustments faster and significantly easier on mobile.
v3.3.012 Apr, 2026
- Backend improvement: Improvement to caching and rate limiting, the site should be working properly again.
- Loading Text Improvement: Loading text on the mosaic card is now left-aligned.
- Color Picker Performance: The color picker no longer lags when holding the mouse button and dragging to pick a color.
- Group Title Color: Added a color picker to the Group Platinums section that controls the text color of group titles and the divider line. Defaults to an auto-inverted color based on the mosaic background.
- Group Title Size: Added a slider (10–48px) to control the font size of group titles in the mosaic.
- Group Show Count: Added a toggle to show or hide the game count displayed next to each group title.
v3.2.05 Apr, 2026
- Loading Progress Bar: All pages that fetch platinum data now show a real-time progress bar displaying how many platinums have been fetched out of the total (e.g. 23 / 345). The bar appears alongside the existing loading animation on every page.
- Streaming Fetch: Platinum fetching now uses a streaming connection so the browser receives progress updates as each platinum is processed on the server, instead of waiting for the entire list to finish.
- Navigation Fix: Fixed an issue where clicking 'Go to Main Page' while images were still loading did nothing. Navigation buttons now perform a full page load, bypassing the connection queue caused by in-flight image requests.
- Alphabet 'The' Prefix: Game titles starting with 'The' are now grouped by the next word in the Alphabet Challenge (e.g. 'The Last of Us' appears under L instead of T).
- Alphabet Completion Indicator: The Alphabet Challenge now shows a completion badge when all 26 letters are covered, and a gold prestige counter when the challenge has been completed more than once.
- Group Platinums: Added a new 'Group Platinums' section in the mosaic sidebar. Group your platinums by Year, Platform, or Rarity Tier. Includes an Order selector so user can control the group sort direction. Rarity tiers match the PSN rarity types.
- Grouped Custom Sort: When grouping is active with custom sort, drag-and-drop is now scoped per group so platinums can only be reordered within their group.
- Header Layout Consistency: Moved the theme toggle and 'Go to Main Page' button outside the content container on the Updates, Privacy, Terms, About, and FAQ pages so the header styling matches the rest of the site.
- Button Order: Swapped the positions of the 'Download Mosaic' and 'Go to Main Page' buttons on the mosaic page for a more intuitive layout.
- Rate Limit Relaxed: Increased the rate limit threshold by 50% so users are less likely to hit 'Too many requests' errors during normal use.
- Rate Limit Error Fix: When hitting the rate limit, all pages now correctly display the 'Too many requests' message with a retry timer instead of the generic 'Could not load trophy data' error.
- Scroll to Top Button: Added a scroll to top button that appears on all pages once you scroll down, allowing you to quickly jump back to the top.
- Mosaic Skeleton Performance: Loading placeholders are no longer generated from real platinum totals.
- Large Mosaic Download Fix: Downloading the mosaic no longer silently fails for users with large platinum collections.
v3.0.030 Mar, 2026
- Backend Overhaul: Improved backend services for significantly better performance and reliability. Users with large collections (500+ platinums) can now load their mosaics without timeouts.
- Smart Caching: Introduced intelligent caching for trophy data. Repeat visits and shared games across users load much faster since game trophy details are cached and reused.
- Series Free Sort: Added a 'Free Sort' button to the Series Tracker. Click it to enter drag-and-drop mode and reorder game entries in any order you like.
v2.19.018 Mar, 2026
- Battlefield Series: Added Battlefield to the Series Tracker
- Series Completion Badge: The series search dropdown now shows a completion count (e.g. 3 / 13) next to each series once your platinum data is loaded.
- Series Name in Description: When a series is selected, its name appears inline in the page subtitle
v2.18.017 Mar, 2026
- Batman Series: Added Batman to the Series Tracker
- Age of Empires Series: Added Age of Empires to the Series Tracker
- Ace Attorney Series: Added Ace Attorney to the Series Tracker
- Grand Theft Auto Series Updated: Added Grand Theft Auto V (PS5, 2022) and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (PS4, 2015) to the Series Tracker.
- Series Entry Titles: Game titles in the Series Tracker now include the platform as a suffix (e.g. Grand Theft Auto V (PS5)) for clearer identification when the same game appears on multiple platforms.
v2.17.017 Mar, 2026
- Uncharted Series: Added Uncharted to the Series Tracker
v2.16.016 Mar, 2026
- Header Controls Consistency: Standardized top-page controls so the 'Go to Main Page' button and theme toggle are right-aligned across challenge and info pages for a more consistent layout.
- Challenge Page Layout Cleanup: Moved the top controls on the GOTY Challenge and Alphabet Challenge pages outside the main content container so they stay in the page header area.
- Platinum Card Export Match Fix: Fixed a mismatch where PSN Rarity and Earned Date Box Width (%) could look different in downloaded images versus on-screen by locking export captures to the rendered card dimensions.
- Stats Box Centering Fix: Improved centering logic for the Earned Date and PSN Rarity boxes on Platinum Card layouts so custom width percentages remain visually centered.
- Assassin's Creed Series: Added Assassin's Creed to the Series Tracker
- Series Search Dropdown: Replaced the grid of series buttons in the Series Tracker with a search input and dropdown. Type to filter available series and select one from the list — supports any number of series without cluttering the page.
- Series Empty State: The Series Tracker no longer auto-selects a series on load. Instead, a prompt with a trophy icon guides you to search and pick a series before any results are shown.
- Series Order Reversed: God of War and Spider-Man entry lists in the Series Tracker are now displayed newest-first so the most recent games appear at the top.
- Game Selector Redesign: The Platinum Card game selector in mosaic view has been upgraded from a plain dropdown to the same search input and dropdown used in the Series Tracker — making it easier to find a specific game in large collections.
- Theme Toggle Fix: Fixed an issue where clicking the dark/light mode toggle required two clicks to take effect on first page load. The button now reads the resolved system theme correctly and toggles on the first click.
v2.15.016 Mar, 2026
- Series Tracker Expanded: Added more games to the Series Tracker. God of War now includes Sons of Sparta (PS5, 2026). Spider-Man now includes Shattered Dimensions (PS3), Edge of Time (PS3), and The Amazing Spider-Man (PS Vita).
- Series Entry Labels: Entry rows in the Series Tracker now clearly label release info as 'Released:' and the platinum earn date as 'Platted:' for easier reading at a glance.
- Reset Settings Button: Added a 'Reset Settings' button at the bottom of the settings sidebar. Clicking it clears all locally stored settings and reloads the page — useful if settings become corrupted or icons stop loading correctly.
- Auto Settings Migration: Settings are now versioned. If your stored settings are from an older incompatible version, they are automatically cleared on load so you always start fresh with working defaults.
- Platform Name Fix: Fixed an incorrect platform name displayed on the Latest Platinum card page.
- Transparent Background Fix: Removed rounded corners from the mosaic, mosaic header, and platinum card. Rounded corners were causing the background to appear non-transparent in downloaded images — exports now have clean, straight edges that work correctly with transparent backgrounds.
v2.14.04 Mar, 2026
- Show Filter Title at Top: Added a new 'Show Filter Title at Top' toggle in the Filter Platinums sidebar section. This setting is now independent from the Profile Header — you can show the filter label above the mosaic even when the profile header is hidden, and hide it even when the header is visible.
v2.13.02 Mar, 2026
- Dark Mode: Added full dark mode support across all pages. A sun/moon toggle button appears in the header of every page to switch between light and dark themes.
- System Preference: The theme defaults to your operating system's color scheme on first visit and persists your choice across sessions via local storage.
- Title Search: Added a Search by Title input to the Filter Platinums sidebar section. Type any part of a game name to instantly narrow down the mosaic to matching titles. A Clear button appears when a search is active.
v2.12.02 Mar, 2026
- Earned Date Box Customization: Added 7 new styling options for the Earned Date stat box on the Platinum Card — Box Width (%), Box Background, Title Color, Value Color, Border Color, Border Width, and Border Radius. Mirrors the existing PSN Rarity box controls.
- Value Color: Replaced the Title Size setting on both the Earned Date and PSN Rarity stat boxes with a dedicated Value Color picker, letting you independently style the actual date and rarity percentage values.
- Split Stats Settings: The combined 'Stats (Date & Rarity)' section in the card sidebar is now split into two separate accordion items — 'Earned Date' and 'PSN Rarity' — for cleaner navigation and easier access to each group of controls.
v2.11.026 Feb, 2026
- Username Color: Added a dedicated color picker for the username displayed in the mosaic profile header. The color can be set independently from the global header text color, and is enabled only when 'Show username' is active.
- Level Color: Added a dedicated color picker for the trophy level label in the mosaic profile header. Independently configurable from the username and global text color, and enabled only when 'Show level' is active.
v2.10.026 Feb, 2026
- Statistics Page: Introduced a brand new comprehensive Statistics Page to give you deeper insights into your trophy hunting journey.
- Collection Overview: Get a quick, high-level summary of your total platinums, average rarity, and overall progression.
v2.9.026 Feb, 2026
- GOTY Challenge: Introduced a new Game of the Year Challenge page accessible from the home screen. See every GOTY winner from 2009 to 2025 and check whether you've earned the platinum for each one.
- Award Coverage: Covers Spike VGAs winners (2009–2013) and The Game Awards winners (2014–2025) — 17 titles in total.
- Platinum Matching: Each title is matched against your platinum collection using smart name normalization and an aliases list to account for regional title differences, trademark symbols, and remastered editions.
- Progress Bar: A progress bar shows how many of the eligible GOTY titles (those available on PlayStation with a platinum trophy) you've platted, along with a percentage.
- Status Chips: Every entry displays a status chip — Platted (with platinum icon and earned date), Missing, Not on PS (for Nintendo-exclusive winners like Breath of the Wild), or No Platinum.
v2.8.026 Feb, 2026
- Alphabet Challenge: Introduced a new Alphabet Challenge page accessible from the home screen. It shows your platinum collection grouped by the first letter of each game title across a full A–Z grid.
- Coverage Progress: A progress bar at the top shows how many of the 26 letters you have covered, with a percentage and a list of missing letters highlighted inline.
- Letter Cards: Each letter card displays up to 4 platinum icons for games starting with that letter, a game count, and dims automatically for uncovered letters so gaps are instantly visible.
- Numbers & Symbols: Games whose titles start with a digit or symbol are grouped in a separate '# Numbers & Symbols' row below the main grid.
- Tooltip: Hovering any letter card shows the full list of game titles for that letter.
v2.7.026 Feb, 2026
- Text Order & Spacing: Added a new 'Text Order & Spacing' section under Mosaic Layout in the sidebar. Use up/down arrows to reorder the five text fields displayed below each tile — Title, Platform, Rarity, Earned Date, and Plat Count — into any order you prefer.
- Text Gap: A new 'Gap Between Text' slider (0–16px) in the same section controls the vertical spacing between text labels under each icon, independently from the tile gap.
v2.6.026 Feb, 2026
- Permanent Yearly Recap: The Recap page is now always available — no more end-of-year gate. View your platinum journey for any past year at any time.
- Year Selector: A year dropdown appears on the Recap page (top-right, next to the Download button) letting you switch between years instantly without any additional loading.
- Shareable Year Links: Changing the year updates the URL with a ?year= parameter, so links shared with others open to the exact year you were viewing.
- Icon Background Fix: Platinum trophy icons in the Recap collection grid and highlight cards now render on a consistent dark background, fixing visibility issues for icons with transparent backgrounds.
- Loading Screen: The recap loading state now shows the PSN ID being fetched for clearer feedback.
- Error Screen: The recap error state now includes a link to PlayStation's privacy settings page, consistent with the home page error handling.
v2.5.025 Feb, 2026
- Platinum Tier List: Introduced a brand-new Tier List page. Enter your PSN ID, then drag and drop your earned platinums into tiers to rank your entire collection.
- Default Tiers: The tier list starts with the classic S, A, B, C, D, F tiers, each with its standard color coding.
- Drag & Drop Ranking: Drag any platinum icon from the Unranked pool at the bottom into a tier row. Drag between tiers at any time to reassign.
- Add & Remove Tiers: Create additional tiers with the '+ Add tier' button in Settings, or remove any tier — its games automatically return to Unranked. At least one tier is always kept.
- Custom Tier Labels & Colors: Each tier's label and background color are fully editable from the Settings panel — rename 'S' to 'Amazing' and pick any color.
- Show/Hide Game Titles: Toggle whether game names appear below each icon in the tier list.
- Persistent Rankings: Your tier layout and all rankings are saved to localStorage per PSN ID — reopen the page and your tier list is exactly where you left it.
- Export as PNG: Download your completed tier list as a PNG image with one click.
v2.4.125 Feb, 2026
- Hexagon Layout: Added a new Hexagon mosaic layout type alongside the standard Grid. Tiles are placed on a hex grid and packed into a filled disc — each icon sits equidistant from its six neighbours, producing a much rounder, more organic shape than a square grid.
- Best tile counts for a clean symmetric hexagon are 19, 37, 61, 91, 127, and 169. A hint with these numbers is shown in the sidebar when Hexagon mode is selected.
- When Hexagon is active, Auto Column Count, Columns, and Vertical Gap are automatically disabled and dimmed — they have no effect on the hex packing algorithm. Horizontal Gap still works and controls the spacing between all icons.
- Hexagon Custom Order: Fixed Custom Order mode not working in the Hexagon layout. Hexagon tiles now use a click-to-swap interaction — click a tile to select it (it highlights with a white outline and the rest dim), then click another tile to swap their positions. Click the same tile again to deselect.
- Hexagon Custom Order on Load: Fixed Custom Order not being initialised correctly when the app is opened with Hexagon layout and Custom Order already selected from a previous session.
- Sidebar Hint: The sorting sidebar now shows context-aware instructions — 'Drag tiles to reorder' for Grid layout and 'Click a tile to select, then click another to swap' for Hexagon layout.
- FAQ Update: Rewrote and expanded the FAQ page to cover all current features — including Edit Tiles, Platinum Card, sorting, filtering, hiding tiles, gradients, profile header customization, and per-tile overrides.
- Edit Tiles: Added a new 'Edit Tiles' section in the mosaic sidebar for per-tile customization. Select one or multiple tiles from a scrollable checkbox list and override their border color, label color, and border radius independently from the global settings.
- Multi-Select: Hold multiple tiles checked at once — changes apply to all selected tiles simultaneously. When selected tiles have different values, a 'mixed' indicator is shown.
- Override Indicators: Tiles that have active overrides are highlighted with a dot (●) and bold text in the selector list for quick identification.
- Quick Actions: 'All' and 'None' buttons for fast selection, a 'Clear Selected' button to remove overrides from chosen tiles, and a 'Clear All Overrides' button to reset everything at once.
- Rarity Box Customization: Added 7 new styling options for the PSN Rarity stat box on the Platinum Card. Accessible from the Stats (Date & Rarity) section in the card sidebar.
- Box Width: Control the width of the rarity box as a percentage (30–100%) of its grid cell.
- Box Background: Set a custom background color for the rarity box, replacing the default muted fill.
- Title Color & Size: Independently adjust the color and font size (8–20px) of the 'PSN Rarity' label.
- Border Color: Pick a custom border color for the rarity box.
- Border Width: Slider control for the rarity box border thickness (0–8px).
- Border Radius: Slider control for the rarity box corner rounding (0–24px).
- All rarity box settings work on both the Platinum Card view and the Latest Plat Card page.
- Username Size: Added a slider in the Profile Header settings to independently control the font size of the username displayed in the mosaic header (10–40px).
- Trophy Number Size: Added a separate slider to control the font size of all trophy count numbers (platinum, gold, silver, bronze, total) in the mosaic header (10–40px).
v2.2.024 Feb, 2026
- Platinum Card Settings: The Platinum Card view now has its own rich set of customization options in the sidebar. When switching to the card view, the sidebar swaps to card-specific settings including card header, icon, title & platform, stats (date & rarity), and card background/size — all independent from the mosaic settings and persisted across sessions.
- Card Header Customization: Show or hide the card header, avatar, username, and plat index (#). Customize header background and text color.
- Card Icon Customization: Control the icon size (80–240px), border color, border width, corner radius, and toggle between platinum icon and game icon, with optional transparent background.
- Card Title & Platform Customization: Show/hide game title and platform separately, with controls for bold, text color, and text size for each.
- Card Stats Customization: Toggle the Earned Date and PSN Rarity stat boxes independently. Date formatting options include year-only, weekday, and time display.
- Card Background & Size: Set a custom background color, border color, and freely resize the card width from 280px to 700px using a slider.
- Platinum Card Skeleton: When clicking 'Generate Platinum Card', a loading skeleton is shown that mirrors the exact card layout — respecting your current header, icon, title, platform, stats, background, and size settings — instead of the mosaic skeleton.
v2.1.023 Feb, 2026
- Hide Platinums: While Custom Sorting is selected, hover over any platinum tile and click the red × button to hide it from the mosaic. The hidden count is shown in the Filter Platinums sidebar with an Unhide All button to restore them.
- Game Name Cleanup: Trophy list names from PlayStation which have common suffixes like 'Trophies' and 'Trophy Set' automatically stripped, and trademark symbols (™, ®) removed, so game names appear cleaner in the mosaic.
- Custom Order: Added a drag-and-drop Custom Order option to the Sorting settings. Select it to freely rearrange platinum tiles in the mosaic — just drag any tile to a new position. Your arrangement is saved and restored on page reload.
- Privacy Settings Hint: Error messages now include a helpful link to PlayStation's privacy settings page for users whose profiles may be set to private.
- Rarity Filter: Added a custom rarity filter with a percentage input and a ≤ / ≥ operator, so you can filter games by any platinum rarity threshold you choose.
- Platform Filter: Added a platform filter in the Filter Games sidebar to show only games from a specific console (PS3, PS4, PS5, or PS Vita).
- Remove Duplicates Count: The mosaic header platinum count now correctly reflects the deduplicated game count when Remove Duplicates is active, and can be toggled via the new Filtered Platinum Count option.
- Top Scrollbar: Added a horizontal scrollbar at the top of the mosaic area so you can scroll wide mosaics without needing to scroll to the bottom of the page first.
